About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by Café del Macizo, a cooperative founded in 2003 by a dedicated group of smallholder farmers in the municipality of Planadas, Tolima. Nestled in the foothills of the Cordillera Central, the region's high elevations, rich volcanic soils, and lush mountain landscape create ideal conditions for cultivating coffees with outstanding sweetness, balance, and complexity.
