These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brevien Coffee^™ website and your purchase of products and services offered by Brevien Coffee^™ (“Brevien Coffee^™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may purchase as a guest or create an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Coffee and tea are natural agricultural products. Origin, harvest, roast profile, tasting notes, appearance, and availability may naturally vary between batches and seasonal collections.

Many Brevien Coffee^™ products are handcrafted, made to order, or individually finished. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, stitching, printing, ceramic glaze, wood grain, paint, resin, packaging, and other details are normal and are considered part of the unique character of handcrafted products. This may include, but is not limited to, ties, board games, bags, apparel, sculptures, keychains, mugs, home décor, collectibles, and other handcrafted collections.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Some photographs, lifestyle images, illustrations, and promotional materials displayed on our website may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI), digital rendering, or other visualization technologies. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may differ slightly due to handcrafted production methods, material characteristics, lighting conditions, screen settings, manufacturing improvements, or natural variations.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, substitute, or discontinue products, materials, packaging, specifications, colors, designs, and collections at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the intended quality or function of the product.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Although we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing, availability, or content errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or modify affected orders. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers using encrypted connections. Brevien Coffee^™ does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

Promotional codes:

• have no cash value;
• are non-transferable;
• may not be combined unless expressly stated;
• apply only during their stated validity period.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only.

Most orders are fulfilled from our Miami, Florida location.

Some products are made to order or require additional production time. Orders containing products with different production schedules may ship separately so available items are not unnecessarily delayed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier toward a reasonable resolution.

Eligible unopened, non-perishable products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Opened coffee and other consumable products cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or stale coffee product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Many Brevien Coffee^™ products are made to order, handcrafted, personalized, or individually finished. Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, these products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

By submitting reviews, ratings, photographs, or other content, you represent that you own or have permission to share such content.

You grant Brevien Coffee^™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, products, marketing, and website.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our products or services.

All content on this website — including the Brevien Coffee^™ name, trademarks, logos, artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, product designs, website design, text, software, and other materials — is owned by Brevien Coffee^™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Coffee naturally contains caffeine.

Product descriptions and information provided on this website are intended for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming our products.

Brevien Coffee^™ shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, supply shortages, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

This website and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brevien Coffee^™ disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Any legal dispute relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
