We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Returns
Most unopened, non-perishable products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Coffee & Other Consumables
Because coffee and other consumable products cannot be resold once opened, they are not eligible for return after opening.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
⚠ Made-to-Order & Personalized Products
Many Brevien Coffee™ products — including bags, stained glass (vitrais), sculptures, handcrafted items, and personalized products — are made to order and created only after your purchase.
Because each piece is produced specifically for you, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label whenever a return is required.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
